10 Years of 4th Generation NLP
A destination still secret. Two journeys. One calling.
In September 2027, L'Essentiel invites you to celebrate ten years of 4th Generation NLP in the heart of a country whose name we're keeping to ourselves… for now.
Discover the destination firstWhy this journey
Ten years ago, 4th Generation NLP was born: an NLP that connects the mind, the body, the relational field and the spiritual dimension of being.
To celebrate this path, we are going elsewhere. We will meet a culture, its wise ones and its sacred places. We will seek to model its way of being in the world, immerse ourselves in it, and bring back what can nourish what comes next.
This is not a tourist trip. It is an immersion.
Two journeys in September 2027
September 7–17, 2027
The Contributors' Retreat

Limited places, by applicationSeptember 17–27, 2027
The Immersion
Ten days, two ways to live them:
- 4th Generation NLP CertificationFor coaches who want to specialize and be recognized in this approach.
- The Inner Transformation ExperienceFor those who feel called to live this journey for themselves, with no professional goal.
The Immersion: who is it for?
From September 17 to 27, two groups share the same journey, the same places and the same encounters. What differs is the intention you bring to it.
Professional path
4th Generation NLP Certification
To deepen your practice and have it recognized.
It's for you if:
- you are a coach, therapist, trainer or helping professional already trained in NLP;
- you want to bring the relational and spiritual dimensions into your work with clients;
- you want a recognized specialization that sets your practice apart;
- you learn better by living an experience than by reading about it.
You leave certified, with tools tested in the field and a fresh perspective on your work.
Personal path
The Inner Transformation Experience
To discover the advances of 4th Generation NLP and experience them from within.
It's for you if:
- curiosity drives you and spirituality is part of your path;
- you love discovering a culture from the inside, through its places and its people;
- you don't need to be a coach: all that matters is your desire to discover.
You'll learn to:
- sharpen your acuity, your intuition and your spiritual intelligence;
- honor what you feel, trust the language of emotions, and decode your perceptions to give them meaning;
- see clearly whatever life brings your way;
- connect with the invisible world and give voice to your unconscious through creative methods.
You leave with a wider view, discoveries that stay with you, and a group you will have journeyed with.
What you'll share together
Encounters with keepers of local wisdom, places that invite silence, times of practice and sharing as a group, and the art of modeling to turn what you observe into resources for your life.
